- Do not share, resell, or redistribute our materials or your account access.

Removal & Termination
We reserve the right to remove any member from our community and terminate their access at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. A refund is not mandatory and may not be provided. By joining our community, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and you understand that your membership may be terminated at any time, for any reason at all, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All courses, videos, materials, and branding are owned by Alpha Academy and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access them while your membership is active.
Third-Party Services
Our community and content may be hosted on or linked to third-party platforms (such as Skool and YouTube). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Academy is not liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from your use of our content, community, or website.
