By purchasing any Alpha product or service (including membership, 1:1 Coaching, and any program, course, or digital content), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Nature of Products
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, credits, or cancellations with a money-back guarantee will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Lack of use or access to the content or sessions.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the results obtained.
- Lack of understanding of the product's scope at the time of purchase.
This policy applies to one-time payments, installment payments, and recurring subscriptions.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If your product includes recurring payments (e.g., membership), you can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the period already paid for. You will retain access until the end of the current period.
No Guarantee of Results
Alpha Academy provides education and tools. We do not guarantee financial returns, profits, or specific results. The crypto and DeFi market involves risk, including the potential loss of all capital. Any investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the client. The content is educational and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
Access and Conduct
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, redistributing, or reproducing the content will result in termination of access without a refund.
